Sailor Pluto's Japanese name is Setsuna Meioh and her English name by Irwin Toys is Celia. Her element is Time. She is the first Sailor Scout besides the five Sailor Scouts you see. She acted as a guardian for Rini while she was in the 20th century. She has been charged to guard the Gate of Timt with her key shaped Garnet Rod. Sailor Pluto has the power to stop time(this power is forbidden), to correct time distortions, and to see into the future, but she does not divulge the information. She also provides her allies access to the Time Warp, which can let them travel through time. Sailor Pluto is blunt and logical, which makes her seem cold and insensitive. She leads a very solitary life while guarding the Gate of Time.
I do not know anything but the name of her attacks which are DEAD SCREAM and TIME STOP. If someone has this info I would like to have it.
